Create a scenography which expresses and advances Pierre Gagnaire’s cooking always in movement.
This plan was realized for a reception of private companies, on suggestion of the company Sagarmatha. Pierre Gagnaire's cooking, produced by Potel and Chabot and his chef Jean-Pierre Biffi, is the heart of this plan, which places the cooks in the foreground.
In mezzanine, the bubbling activity of the cooking of preparation is visible in shadow plays.
Then, by means of banisters, dishes are sent to transparent structures of color where the cooks draw up plates at eye level, before distributing them.
