From a choice of works of the Fond Regional d'Art Contemporain's collection , are elaborated three experimental 'meals' which show a dialogue between food and contemporary art.
Eight pedestal tables are arranged in the room in a random way. The table top is transparent, a central gallows bears the weight of two mirrors and two glass plates served with chocolate : a bitter chocolate cream filling and a chocolate milky mousse, citrus fruit and stem ginger.
The eater has a panel of tools to eat and to model his plate. To formalize the beginning of the diner, two waiters pour a Vieux Madère on the table, The video played over and over.
