Draw, give shape to the invention of the scientist David Edwards: the Whaf, an object making for create a new gustative cloud texture.
The Whaf is a sculptural object, an object appropriate for the tasting of these evanescent and totally new flavors. It was drawn from many experiments and discussions with David Edwards, the team of the Laboratory and the cook Thierry Marx who elaborated three flavors in whaffer: B52, Tomato Air, Martini Classic.
This cloud can be decanted in a glass and savoured through a specifically drawn straw.
